As a self-described “fat bastard” we talk about his 10-year journey trying to figure out his best diet and how carnivore was the last one he tried and the one that’s had the most impact.
He tells us of the health benefits from his dietary changes, particularly additional strength in his joints.
We discuss:
Why there is no money in providing good dietary advice (more broken incentives), and why switching to carnivore does cost more for quality meat and set-up, but less if you remove all the supplements you’re taking.
