Noderunners Seller Policy

Version seller-policy-2026-05-04. Every seller must accept and follow this policy before opening or activating a shop on Noderunners.

1. Seller responsibility

You are responsible for every product, file, listing, price, image, description, stock status, shipping promise, return promise, refund promise and message you publish through Noderunners.

You must handle buyer questions, fulfilment, delivery, digital delivery, returns, warranty, refunds, complaints and disputes directly with the buyer. Noderunners provides marketplace tools, but does not take over your seller obligations.

2. Prohibited products and content

You may not list, sell, promote or facilitate anything illegal, unsafe, misleading, infringing or harmful. This includes, without limitation:

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon parts or instructions to make weapons.
  • Drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia or products intended to produce or consume illegal drugs.
  • Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, copyright or trademark infringing goods.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, dangerous, hateful, abusive or sexually exploitative content or products.
  • Products that require licences, age checks, permits or regulatory approval unless you have all required permissions and Noderunners explicitly allows the category.

3. Accurate listings

Your product information must be truthful, complete and current. You must not misrepresent availability, origin, condition, compatibility, quality, delivery time, refund rights, warranties or total costs.

4. Orders, shipping and delivery

You must process paid orders promptly and communicate clearly with buyers. If you cannot fulfil an order, you must contact the buyer and resolve the order quickly.

You are responsible for shipping rules, shipping costs, pickup arrangements, delivery estimates, exclusions, customs information and carrier communication for your products.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

You must publish clear return and warranty information and handle return/refund requests directly with the buyer. You must comply with applicable consumer law and any additional promises you make in your product listing or seller profile.

6. Communication

You must respond to reasonable buyer questions about orders, delivery, returns, digital files, refunds and product issues. Abuse, spam, threats, harassment or attempts to move buyers into unsafe payment or contact flows may lead to removal.

7. Enforcement

Noderunners may reject, hide or remove products, disable product activation, suspend shops, block payouts, cancel seller access or report abuse where required or appropriate. Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent removal from the marketplace.
