Bitcoin Design Guide Jam Session #39: End of year wrap-up

In this regularly scheduled open session, we discuss ongoing work on the Bitcoin Design Guide. We discussed the remaining bundle of smaller issues we want to wrap up before many of us take time off during the holidays. The next jam session will be in January.
