Health has been central to my life for more than 20 years, so it's been fascinating (and surprising) to observe the impact which learning about and adopting bitcoin seems to be having on how people approach their diet, fitness, and many other aspects of well-being.

To delve into these questions, Nick, a bitcoiner and physical therapist in Canada, joined me for the inaugural episode of the ‘Bitcoin Health Hang’.
