Story
Pieter co-hosts the Meshtastic workshop, where resilient communication becomes a table full of small devices instead of a vague prepper fantasy. Meshtastic uses low-power LoRa radios to send messages over a decentralized mesh without cell towers, Wi-Fi or internet.
His role is to make the setup approachable: device roles, channels, range, antennas, power and what changes when many nodes share the same event space. It is a useful detour from Bitcoin itself into the broader culture of running independent infrastructure.
