Story

Steef co-hosts the Meshtastic workshop with a practical brief: show how small LoRa devices can form a local mesh and what it takes to keep that mesh useful. The topic fits the conference because self-sovereignty is not only money; it is also communication when normal infrastructure is absent or crowded.

Expect Steef to help turn configuration into intuition: channels, device placement, antennas, power and client apps. By the end, Meshtastic should feel less like a gadget and more like a small independent network you can actually run with friends.
