What size should my public Lightning Network Payment Channels be?

zerofeerouting asked on twitter what size I recommend for payment channels. I don't know a good answer but strongly suggest to think about Service level Objectives, Bernoulli trials and the probabilistic payment model so I might have a few thoughts about this that do not fit in a single tweet. Thus I thought I spontaneously record this video which I hope will be helpful for people.
